The overall avalanche danger is generally LOW. There has been no real change in conditions. This trend will continue through the weekend.

Weather and Snow
Current Conditions: Same story, different day. We've had scattered clouds, high temperatures in the upper 30s, lows in the mid 20s, and moderate speed wind from the west.
Mountain Weather: We'll continue to have very mild weather through the weekend. Today, highs will get into the mid to upper 30s. Wind from the west will be light. Skies will be mostly clear. Models indicate some storms on the horizon but the pattern doesn't instill a lot of confidence in me yet. What it looks like to me is some small disturbances starting late next week.

Description
The snowpack is mostly stable right now. It would be hard to get to a location where you might be able to trigger an avalanche. The bummer is that the longer this shallow snowpack sits around, the weaker it becomes. This means that when we do get more snow on top of what's already on the ground, there will be a good chance that we'll have unstable conditions.
